According to the United States Census Bureau, 35 million individuals are 65 or older. It is therefore important to maintain your diet and health no matter what age you are. Here are 3 tips that can help from Healthnet.com
1) Exercise regularly, choose aerobic activities such as Tai Chi or walking and aim to do 30 minutes on a daily basis. This also means cutting your diet and eating health and stop smoking.

2) Maintain your mental health by reading frequently, playing board games and puzzles. It is also important to reflect on your life and keep track on things in a note book.

3) Try to keep a good social network around you at all times. For instance, in volunteer work, interactions with family and friends.
